We just recently got back from the most amazing vacation to Italy. We cannot thank Jamie enough for coordinating the trip. From start to finish, it was perfect. Transportation to and from the airports, transfers to the hotel and the cruise ship were planned perfectly and without a glitch ! The location of the hotel to the sites we wanted to visit in Rome was very convenient. I would highly recommend planning your next trip with Jamie at Detailed Destinations !

Jamie was absolutely amazing in her guidance in helping my entire family of 18 plan a trip to the DR that we will all remember forever!!!! She recommended The Hilton Resort which is an all inclusive. The resort is beautiful and the people were wonderful. Jamie also helped me and my husband plan our destination 25th Wedding Anniversary Vow Renewal. We were beyond pleased with all of the arrangements. We have used Jamie for our last several vacations and will absolutely continue to use her in the future.

Jamie and the rest of the agent were absolutely wonderful to work with! We planned a Mediterranean cruise, with about 30 of our friends and family. While we were on the cruise at one of our ports we had a wedding ceremony. She helped point us in the right direction for everything we needed. She also booked hotels and flights for the few days beforehand in Rome. Any outside excursions she gave recommendations of different companies and they were all amazing! She helped take much of the stress away making sure everyone taken care of.

Lisa Ferrara of Detailed Destinations is the travel consultant everyone should have. She’s been everywhere, it seems, so when she recommends or cautions she’s usually speaking from experience. Her attention to detail is astonishing and reassuring. Our most recent trip involved stays in two Asian countries and a cruise in between. There were transports, hotels, and private guides to be managed. Lisa handled it all along with booking the cruise and our flights. She assembled the entire trip and made all the information available via an app. We could easily communicate with Lisa when we needed to, and she even checked in with us while we were on the other side of the world. When travel is over she always makes time for a debriefing, thereby learning more about us and gathering information that could benefit other clients. We’ve worked with Lisa three times to date and will call upon her again. We feel very fortunate to have such a kind, conscientious expert advising us as we travel.

Paula planned a wonderful trip to Germany for us. It was my husband's first time traveling to Europe and he was a little bit nervous, but she took care of every detail.
